David Grusch

David Charles Grusch is a former U.S. Air Force intelligence officer and veteran of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). He served as the NGA/NRO representative to the UAP Task Force from 2019 to 2021, and later as the DoD UAP Task Force's co-lead for intelligence analysis until 2023.

During his UAPTF tenure, Grusch conducted interviews with legacy program insiders and concluded that the U.S. government had been illegally misappropriating funds to operate unacknowledged crash retrieval and reverse-engineering programs without congressional oversight. He subsequently filed a whistleblower complaint and became the most prominent named government whistleblower to publicly allege ongoing non-human intelligence craft recovery operations.

In July 2023, Grusch testified under oath before the House Oversight subcommittee, stating that he had personally spoken with individuals who had direct knowledge of non-human craft and biological material.
