David Grusch Whistleblower Disclosure
On June 5, 2023, The Debrief published an article by Leslie Kean and Ralph Blumenthal in which David Grusch went on the record as a named government whistleblower claiming that the United States has been secretly operating crash retrieval and reverse-engineering programs involving craft of non-human origin.
Grusch, speaking in his capacity as a former NGA/NRO representative to the UAP Task Force, stated that he had filed a complaint with the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) alleging illegal misappropriation of funds to run unacknowledged Special Access Programs outside congressional oversight. The ICIG found his complaint "credible and urgent."
Grusch subsequently testified under oath before the House Oversight subcommittee on July 26, 2023, where he stated that non-human biologics had been recovered alongside retrieved craft.
