Steven Greer
Dr. Steven Greer is a UFO disclosure advocate. His contact project is CSETI, and he is associated with the CE-5 contact protocols.
In April 1997 Greer, astronaut Edgar Mitchell, Willard Miller and two others briefed Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson at the Pentagon on alleged hidden UFO programs (April 1997 Pentagon Meeting). Mitchell corroborated that the meeting took place, and Wilson has publicly confirmed it. What was said rests largely on Greer's account.
At or around the 1992 T.R.E.A.T IV conference, Greer says, Maj. Gen. Albert Stubblebine questioned him at length in a hotel suite and then told him, "Ok you can do it. You have our permission" (Stubblebine–Greer Hotel Suite Interrogation). Greer also says Stubblebine offered him $2 billion to stop his disclosure work and join an unacknowledged private project, and that he refused (Stubblebine $2 Billion Offer to Greer). Both accounts rest on Greer's testimony alone and are not independently corroborated.
Greer hosted a whistleblower conference at the National Press Club in Washington on 12 June 2023 (National Press Club whistleblower conference).
