Commander Willard Miller
Commander Willard Miller is a retired U.S. Navy officer who took part in Steven Greer's 1990s briefings of Pentagon officials. The BDM note records him naming BDM as one of the civilian contractors where the "keepers of the keys" for UAP secrets sit.
The April 1997 Pentagon meeting
Miller was one of the party, with Greer, astronaut Edgar Mitchell, Stephen Lovekin and Shari Adamiak, who briefed Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson, the Joint Staff's Vice Director for Intelligence, on alleged hidden UFO programs and special access program infrastructure (April 1997 Pentagon Meeting). In their telling, Wilson stretched a 45-minute meeting to two or three hours, said he would find out, and weeks later was refused "need-to-know" access when he asked for a briefing. Mitchell has corroborated that the meeting took place, and Wilson has publicly confirmed it, though he disputed details of the later Wilson-Davis notes. What was said rests largely on Greer.
Miller is also linked to physicist Eric Davis, whose 2002 conversation with Wilson produced the WilsonDavis notes (October 16, 2002 Wilson-Davis Meeting).
