T.R.E.A.T IV Conference
T.R.E.A.T IV was a conference held in 1992. Several figures in this graph are linked to it: Albert Stubblebine, MAJ Ed Dames, John Alexander and Steven Greer. A transcript of a lecture by Dames places it in Atlanta, with Stubblebine and Dames on the same platform [S1].
It matters here for what Greer says happened around it. In one account Stubblebine, whom Greer sometimes calls "General T.E.", approached him at the conference, urged him to merge his CSETI contact project with a private group governed by a nine-member board, and offered him a fund of $2 billion to stop his public disclosure work (Albert Stubblebine). In another, told as happening at or around the conference, Stubblebine invited Greer to a hotel suite full of operatives, questioned him at length, and after a consultation told him he had "permission" to continue his CE-5 contact protocols (Stubblebine–Greer Hotel Suite Interrogation). Both stories rest on Greer's testimony alone and have not been independently corroborated.
The conference itself is thinly documented here. Who organised it, its exact dates and its program are not established.
