Dr. Steven Greer, Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell, Commander Willard Miller, Stephen Lovekin, and Shari Adamiak briefed VADM Thomas R. Wilson, Vice Director of Intelligence (J2) for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, on hidden UFO programs and Special Access Program (SAP) infrastructure. Wilson became so captivated that he canceled subsequent appointments, extending the 45-minute meeting to 2-3 hours. He concluded by telling the group, "I don't know about that, but I'm going to find out." Weeks later, Wilson confirmed he had successfully located the SAP programs and their black budget funding, but was subsequently denied "need to know" access when he demanded a briefing.
