Stubblebine–Greer Hotel Suite Interrogation (1992)

At or around the T.R.E.A.T IV Conference in 1992, Dr. Steven Greer claims Stubblebine invited him to a hotel suite packed with covert operatives. After a lengthy Q&A that Greer described as an interrogation, Stubblebine's assistant left the room, reportedly to consult with a hidden superior. Upon returning, the assistant whispered to Stubblebine, who then told Greer: "Ok you can do it. You have our permission."

Greer interpreted this as the group giving him a green light to continue his CE-5 contact protocols — though the identity of the "superior" and the nature of the "permission" remain unknown. This account comes solely from Greer's testimony and has not been independently corroborated.
