Oke Shannon took part in the early meetings of the ATP Working Group and kept handwritten "ATP-10" notes from its inaugural 1985 sessions (Oke's notes). His notes name Donald Kerr, with the notation "ask Don Kerr for funding" regarding UFO reverse-engineering programs.
An endnote in Jacques Vallee's Forbidden Science lists Oke Shannon among eight alleged participants in the May 1985 meeting at BDM.
Eric Davis's notes of his meeting with Vice Admiral Thomas R. Wilson on 16 October 2002 have Wilson saying that Shannon briefed him on the "whole BDM thing."
