Alexander Experiencer Intelligence Collection Operations (date uncertain)

[!warning] Correction (2026-10-16) This note previously dated the operations to about 1997 and described them as established. Research found no source for 1997 and no document under the DARPA link. The only dated account is Semivan's own, by a 2022 second-hand summary of his Coast to Coast AM interview: he "estimated" that in "2014 or 2015" Alexander interviewed him, after which a group visited and took his blood; it mentions no DARPA and no videos (report). The note's date now follows that account, for Semivan only. The "DARPA lab" phrase traces to one compilation timeline in 2024 House Oversight testimony whose source video is unavailable, and no DARPA office was found chartered for such work (partial-index negative). The Bledsoe thread rests on Grant Cameron relaying that Alexander said "my sponsor told me to go talk to him," which names no agency. Nothing here is refuted; it is unsupported as written.

Colonel Col John Alexander is said to have conducted collection operations targeting UAP experiencers, gathering materials and directing them toward DARPA laboratories.

Alleged Operations

Jim Semivan Collection

Former CIA officer Jim Semivan says that Alexander visited his home, conducted interviews about Semivan's anomalous encounters, and collected his materials and videos — which Semivan says went to a "DARPA lab." The wording of that statement has not been checked against the original video.

Chris Bledsoe Operations

Second-hand accounts say Alexander engaged in similar video-gathering with experiencer Chris Bledsoe, with the materials directed toward DARPA. No source for the destination was found.

Collaboration with Kit Green — retracted

[!warning] Correction (2026-08-30) This section previously stated that Alexander worked alongside Dr. Kit Green in 1997 studying the medical and biological markers of UAP experiencers. Research refuted it. Alexander's own 2011 book UFOs: Myths, Conspiracies, and Realities was retrieved in full: "Kit Green" appears exactly once, in the acknowledgments, and the book contains no occurrences of "biomarker," "experiencer" or "Bledsoe" — and no 1997 date attaches to Green anywhere in it. No source for a joint 1997 study was found.

The claim appears to conflate two real but separate things: the 1985-86 ATP milieu, where both men moved in the same circle, and Green's genuine but much later medical work — his 2010 AAWSAP injury-assessment paper. See the Kit Green research report.

Significance

These operations represent a crucial inflection point in Alexander's documented trajectory:

  • From Blue Group to Black Group: Alexander's systematic collection of experiencer data and intelligence funneling to DARPA, combined with his earlier ATP founding as a Blue Group inquiry mechanism, suggests either:

    • A transition in allegiance from constitutional oversight toward protection of rogue programs, or
    • A coordinated strategy to identify individuals within the alleged Black Group who possessed anomalous capabilities
  • Pattern Consistency: The operations align with the Black Group's alleged use of "psionic assets" (characterized as "P3s," "pink assets," or "human meat") — individuals with heightened intuitive or consciousness-interfacing capabilities.

Date Note

The year 2014 comes from one second-hand summary of Semivan's own estimate ("2014 or 2015") and applies to Semivan only; it is a single source, not a settled date. The earlier "about 1997" dating has no source and was dropped. The Bledsoe thread has no date. The filename keeps the old slug so existing links resolve.
