Colm Kelleher
Colm Kelleher was deputy administrator and project manager of BAASS during the AAWSAP contract. He hired the roughly fifty investigators who worked on it [S1]. With James Lacatski and George Knapp he co-wrote Skinwalkers at the Pentagon (2021). The book presents Skinwalker Ranch as one of the program's three investigative tracks, not its whole purpose [S2].
