SAIC Science Applications International Corporation

SAIC is a U.S. defense contractor. In the final phase of the government's remote-viewing work, which some accounts call the Stargate Project, contract research moved to SAIC from SRI International, around 1991. On one account, Edwin May, lead researcher after Hal Puthoff, moved with the contract.

Bobby Ray Inman, a former director of the NSA, served on SAIC's board of directors. Donald Kerr, whose career later took him to senior intelligence posts, was an executive vice president and director of SAIC from 1993 to 1996.
