Project SUNSTREAK
Project SUNSTREAK was one of the successive names of the U.S. military's remote-viewing program, which ran from Grill Flame through Center Lane and Sun Streak to the Stargate Project (see Armys remote viewing program). It came after the Stubblebine era, with tighter security and closer management by the wider intelligence community, and with more weight on documenting sessions and collection requirements.
Dale Graff and Edwin May are the people most associated with it. May was by then at SRI; around 1991, when the work was consolidated as Stargate, contract research moved from SRI to SAIC. Accounts of SUNSTREAK's own start and end dates vary.
