Brandon Fugal

Brandon Fugal is the owner of Skinwalker Ranch. Robert Bigelow sold the ranch in 2016 to Adamantium Real Estate LLC, and Fugal was later revealed to be the man behind that company [S1][S2].

In May 2024 Fugal posted a photograph of a confidential April 2018 briefing that his team gave to Senate committee staff, with Sean Kirkpatrick "at the head of the table" [S3]. Fugal says Kirkpatrick had publicly denied ever meeting him or attending such a briefing. Kirkpatrick's reply conceded attending a briefing but disputed its subject and year [S4][S5]. Fugal describes AARO's work as "Blue Book 2.0 or Condon Report 2.0" [S6]. See The New Blue Book.
