The Aerospace Corporation
The Aerospace Corporation is a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) that serves as the primary independent technical advisor and architect for the U.S. national security space enterprise. Through its close institutional relationship with the National Reconnaissance Office, it provides engineering oversight for classified satellite constellations. Tim Taylor is affiliated with the Aerospace Corporation, through which he reportedly accesses NRO satellite feeds to monitor anomalous phenomena in the orbital environment during SpaceX launches at Cape Canaveral.
