Robert Peloquin
Robert Peloquin was a Justice Department organized-crime strike-force chief who co-founded Intertel with William Hundley in 1970 and ran it until 1985, building the archetypal privatized intelligence agency — ex-state operatives serving corporate clients including the Howard Hughes organization [S1]. He then served as chairman/EVP of Resorts International until retiring in 1990, and died in 2011 [S1]. See Offshore Finance Network (UAP Lore Audit).
