The Security and Intelligence Directorate is DARPA's internal program-protection and security organisation. It is a real and unremarkable office. It enters this graph only because a June 2026 UAP Gerb video names it — alongside AFLCMC's Information Protection Directorate and DOE's Office of Intelligence and Counterintelligence — as one of the "most critical legacy program protection features," and alleges that Peter T. Highnam coordinates legacy efforts through it. [S] That allegation is uncorroborated and appears on no other channel. Its documented contracting relationship with System High Corporation dates from 2012. [S]
