[S] A June 2026 UAP Gerb video states it has held a partnership with DARPA Security and Intelligence Directorate since 2012, with a 2022 award being the third consecutive contract, and points to board member Rob How — formerly a manager for "special activities" at Northrop Grumman and a program security officer for Air Force acquisition — as evidence of legacy-program adjacency.
