Otto Skorzeny

PersonBorn 12 June 1908, died 5 July 1975

Waffen-SS commando who settled in Madrid postwar; his business papers show contact of undetermined nature with WCC figures Ricardo Sicre and Frank Ryan — well short of the "WCC leadership role" claimed in lore.

Otto Skorzeny

Otto Skorzeny, the Waffen-SS commando dubbed "the most dangerous man in Europe," settled in Madrid after escaping postwar internment, in the same circles as ex-OSS officer Ricardo Sicre. The documented extent of his World Commerce Corporation connection comes from researcher Ralph Ganis's examination of Skorzeny's own business papers, which contain references to Sicre and WCC president Frank Ryan — but "the exact nature of this business could not be determined" [S1]. The circulating claim that Skorzeny held "a leadership role within the broader WCC network" is an inflation: contact is documented, leadership is not [S1]. See Offshore Finance Network (UAP Lore Audit).
