Ray Boeche
Ray Boeche is an Anglican priest, theologian, and former director of the Fortean Research Center (Lincoln, Nebraska) and one-time Nebraska MUFON director. On 25 November 1991 he met two Department of Defense physicists at the Cornhusker Hotel who described classified attempts to interface with "non-human entities" they had come to regard as demonic — the origin point of the Collins Elite narrative, later published through Nick Redfern's Final Events (2010) [S1][S2].
