Alleged informal DoD/intelligence faction holding that UAP are demonic; documented as a belief phenomenon (Boeche 1991, Redfern 2010, Elizondo's named-source accounts) but not as an organization.

Collins Elite

The Collins Elite is the alleged informal cabal of US defense and intelligence insiders who hold that UAP are demonic deceptions. Its origin chain is precise: Ray Boeche's 25 November 1991 meeting with two DoD physicists at the Cornhusker Hotel, Lincoln NE, published through Nick Redfern's Final Events (2010) — a book whose own author declines to call it demonstrably factual [S1][S2]. What survives audit is the belief, not the org chart: Luis Elizondo's Imminent (2024, p.85) quotes a named ODNI official telling him "It's demonic… They are deceivers. Demons," and Harry Reid independently corroborated that religious views obstructed Pentagon UAP work [S3][S4]. Religious obstruction is documented; a formal "Collins Elite" organization is not. See Offshore Finance Network (UAP Lore Audit).
