Cabinet RS/33 (Gabinetto RS/33)
Cabinet RS/33 ("Gabinetto RS/33," glossed as Ricerche Speciali / Special Research, with "33" for 1933) is the alleged secret Fascist study commission Mussolini supposedly created to investigate the 1933 Magenta Crash (Cabinet RS/33) [S1]. It is said to have been headed by Guglielmo Marconi and linked to the secret police OVRA and the news agency Agenzia Stefani [S1]. Its existence is attested by no independent state archive — "other researchers have found no evidence of its existence so far" — and rests entirely on documents of unverified provenance promoted by Roberto Pinotti and Alfredo Lissoni [S2].
