Jake Barber Public Whistleblower Emergence

January 28, 2025 marks the date when Jake Barber formally stepped into the public eye as a whistleblower regarding his involvement in classified UAP retrieval and recovery operations. Having previously "flipped" on his legacy program employers at the June 2023 National Press Club event, Barber's public emergence was facilitated through investigative journalist Ross Coulthart, who first introduced his story to a broader audience through news media before Barber began conducting his own exclusive podcast interviews.

This event marks the transition point from Barber's covert contractor work within legacy aerospace programs to his public role as founder and director of Skywatcher Technologies, a privately funded UAP research organization.
