James Ryder

Dr. James "Jim" Ryder was Vice President at Lockheed Martin Space Systems. Between 2008–2012, he led internal efforts to divest legacy crash retrieval artifacts and metamaterials to the DIA's AAWSAP program run by Bigelow Aerospace. His Technology Transfer Agreement was blocked in a pivotal meeting with CIA DS&T Director Glenn Gaffney, killing the transfer.
