Robert M. L. Baker Jr. is associated with research on high-frequency gravitational waves (HFGW). GravWave LLC is his HFGW company. Three papers on the subject are listed under his name: one on generating HFGW with X-ray lasers, one on acoustic resonators and coupled resonance chambers, and one on the radiation pattern at the focus of an HFGW generator, which is also listed under Eric Davis.
Davis was a senior scientific investigator at GravWave around 2010 and 2011, at the same time as his post at EarthTech International. The dates rest on a company team document first captured in July 2011. No end date is established.
HFGW research also figures in the career of Ronald Pandolfi, a CIA science and technology official who liaised with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence on it. A JASON assessment concluded that HFGW claims do not constitute a security threat.
