Armen Victorian
Armen Victorian is the pen name of Henry Azadehdel, a UK-based researcher who matters here for a specific reason: he is the earliest attributable print source for the The Aviary codename roster.
He published "The Birds" in the UK's UFO Magazine (Vol. 11 No. 3, July/August 1992), and returned to the material in "Non-Lethality: John B. Alexander, the Pentagon's Penguin" in Lobster 25, June 1993 [S1]. The Lobster article was retrieved and searched in full: it names "Dr Christopher Green (BLUEJAY) from the CIA" and describes a CIA UFO role, but the word "weird" appears nowhere in it or its 41 footnotes. That is a retrieved negative against a real, dated, full-text index — evidence that the "The Weird Desk" phrasing attached to Dr. Kit Green after Victorian's print versions, in the web rosters of 1995-96.
The 1992 UFO Magazine original is not digitised anywhere located, so whether the phrase appears there earlier remains genuinely open.
