Rolf Schaffranke
Rolf Schaffranke (1921–1994) wrote Ether-Technology: A Rational Approach to Gravity Control (1977) under the pen name Rho Sigma [S1][S2]. The book reproduces letters Thomas Townsend Brown sent him in 1973 about Brown's vacuum tests of 1955–59. The first came on the letterhead of "The Townsend Brown Foundation, Ltd., Nassau, Bahamas" [S1]. That makes the book the earliest printed record tying Brown to a Nassau entity; see Townsend Brown Foundation and Nassau Group. Accounts of his career, including an association with Wernher von Braun, are unverified [S2].
