Pennsylvania State University
Penn State enters the UAP graph through Eric Walker. Walker ran its Navy-sponsored Ordnance Research Laboratory after the Second World War, became dean of engineering, and was the university's president from 1956 to 1970 [S1]. The university archives hold his papers (collection 00332, 37 linear feet). At the series level, their descriptions name defence advisory work but no UFO or ESP subject [S1]. In 1990 Walker's campus office was where he met CIA veteran Kit Green (Kit Green Meets Eric Walker at Penn State).
