Kit Green Meets Eric Walker at Penn State

In 1990 Kit Green, the former CIA officer who had worked with the SRI remote-viewing program, met Eric Walker in Walker's Penn State office. Bill Moore arranged the meeting [S1].

Grant Cameron's account draws on Jacques Vallée's published journals. In it, the conversation went well until Green raised UFOs. Walker then became agitated, implied that the room was bugged, said the President had not authorised him to talk to Green, and ended the meeting [S1]. Cameron dates it to early 1990. A UAP timeline filed with 2024 House Oversight testimony separately records Walker giving Green a "neither confirm nor deny" in September 1990 [S2].

A 2026 podcast retelling has Walker telling Green "you guys are chasing your tails." No earlier source for that line has been found. The episode falls in the same year as Walker's reported ESP remark (Eric Walker's "Sixth Sense" Remark).
