Arthur Bray

Arthur Bray was an independent Ottawa UFO researcher, active mostly in the 1960s and 1970s. After Wilbert Smith's death he obtained Smith's personal papers from Smith's widow and son. He published excerpts of the Smith memo in The UFO Connection (1979) [S1][S2]. At the 1982 MUFON symposium he named Smith's source as Robert Sarbacher [S3]. His papers, including Smith's interview notes and Sarbacher's 1983 letter, are now the Arthur Bray fonds (30-003) at the University of Ottawa Archives [S2].
