Bahnson Laboratories (Whitehall Rand Project)

Bahnson Laboratories, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, was the base of the Whitehall Rand Project — the electrogravitics research effort funded by industrialist Agnew Bahnson Jr.. From November 1957 it employed Thomas Townsend Brown as an R&D consultant alongside engineer J. Frank King, and by early 1958 the team claimed to have achieved "100% counterbary" (full tethered levitation), a result never independently corroborated. [S1]
