Agnew Bahnson Jr.
Agnew Bahnson Jr. was a Winston-Salem, North Carolina industrialist who bankrolled and ran the Whitehall Rand Project at Bahnson Laboratories (Whitehall Rand Project), hiring Thomas Townsend Brown as an R&D consultant from November 1957 to pursue electrogravitic propulsion. By early 1958 the Bahnson–Brown team, working alongside engineer J. Frank King, claimed to have achieved "100% counterbary" (full tethered levitation) — a result never independently corroborated.
