Skywatcher Founding

In November 2024, after severing ties with his former covert program employers, Jake Barber co-founded Skywatcher Technologies with venture capitalist Alex Klokus. The organization was designed to pursue UAP research outside official government channels, operating as a private autonomous venture that combines military-grade sensor arrays with human psionic (consciousness-based) interaction protocols to intentionally summon UAPs, document their presence, and present findings to AARO and Congress.

This represents Barber's shift from embedded contractor within legacy programs to independent researcher and whistleblower, leveraging private capital to bypass government classification restrictions.
