DHS Science & Technology Directorate UAP Proposal

The DHS Science & Technology Directorate UAP Proposal was a classified, short-lived backup initiative designed in mid-2011. Orchestrated as a workaround after the CIA blocked the primary DIA route, it sought to utilize DHS's domestic security framework as an alternative Waived Special Access Program to absorb Lockheed Martin's materials. The project collapsed under administrative pressure before any hardware transferred.
