Allen Welsh Dulles
Allen Dulles was an American diplomat and lawyer, and the first civilian director of the CIA. His name is tied to the CIA's Office of Scientific Intelligence, to the career of an Army general, and to a claim about a trading company.
In 1955 Arthur G. Trudeau, then the Army's Assistant Chief of Staff for Intelligence, was relieved after Dulles sent a critical memorandum to the Pentagon; its contents were never released. In an exchange of letters in 1958 Trudeau proposed working with Dulles "on the close cordial basis we initially enjoyed," and Dulles's office replied warmly. No UFO material turns up in the declassified CIA records that name Trudeau.
A guest on a July 2026 video named Dulles among the board and counsel of the World Commerce Corporation, a trading company that has no credible documented connection to UFO history; Dulles's biography does not list him as a board member.
