Project Gondola Wish

Project Gondola Wish (1977–1978) was an Army Intelligence (INSCOM) initiative and likely early designation or phase of remote viewing research operations based at Fort Meade, Maryland. It formalized remote viewing as an operational intelligence-gathering tool to evaluate adversary applications of psychic phenomena.

Gondola Wish represents the initial institutional consolidation of remote viewing efforts within INSCOM, establishing the framework that would later be formalized as Project Grill Flame.
