Jessica Lewis

Jessica Lewis was Harry Reid's senior national security and foreign policy adviser for about nine years. The span runs from 2007 to 2016 in her State Department bio and to 2014 in a Congress.gov bio [S1][S2][S3]. That overlaps the whole life of AAWSAP, the program Reid sponsored. She went on to be Democratic staff director of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee (2016–2021). She was then Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs, confirmed 70–27 in September 2021 and serving until 16 July 2024 [S1][S4].

Palantir lobbying

After leaving State she joined Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck as a policy director [S5]. Federal lobbying disclosures name her as a lobbyist for Palantir Technologies from Q2 2025 through Q1 2026. The filing's own record of her prior government posts lists her Reid role [S6]. She is not on the most recent Palantir filing (Q2 2026), though she still lobbies for other defense clients, including BAE Systems [S7].

UAP

No source reviewed places her in AAWSAP, AATIP or any UAP matter. The Reid staffer who does appear in DIA's AAWSAP record is a different person [S8]. That is a search result, not proof of non-involvement. See the research report.
