Employment: Jacques Vallee — Founder and Chairman (1976-1983)

Founded to commercialise the PLANET/FORUM technology. End date uncertain: one biographical record ends the chairmanship in 1981 while Wikipedia dates the company's sale to 1983. A declassified CIA roster of October 1985 describes him as "Co-Founder, Infomedia Corporation" in the past tense. Treat 1981-1983 as a transition window.
