Project Winterhaven

Project Winterhaven was a 1952 proposal submitted through the Townsend Brown Foundation by Thomas Townsend Brown, urging Air Force and aerospace backing to develop electrogravitic propulsion. It envisioned disc-shaped, high-speed, silent aircraft powered by the claimed electricity–gravity coupling behind the Biefeld-Brown effect. The proposal is a foundational document in electrogravitics and UAP-propulsion lore, though the underlying physics was never validated. [S1]
