PSI-Tech

PSI-Tech was a private remote-viewing company launched in 1989. Maj. Ed Dames launched it with the help of Albert Stubblebine, a retired Army major general, who served as chairman of the board. The company offered remote viewing commercially.

In a 1992 lecture Stubblebine said that UFOs could be accessed and tracked by remote viewing and that their propulsion systems had been looked at. Dames, his PSI-Tech colleague, echoed the claim. He said their remote viewers had located a UFO site and were using the method to reverse-engineer alien technologies (lecture). These are the two men's own statements, and neither has been confirmed.

The Invisible College, a term Jacques Vallee coined for a decentralized network of scientists and intelligence professionals investigating UAP outside official channels, includes PSI-Tech. For the practice itself, see Remote Viewing.
