Carl E. Duckett
Carl E. Duckett served as Deputy Director of Science and Technology at the CIA from 1966 to 1976. He began his career at Westinghouse Electric and the U.S. Army's Missile Command at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, before joining the CIA as Director of the Foreign Missile and Space Analysis Center. Duckett was present at later meetings associated with the Pine Gap facility alongside other DS&T directors.
During his tenure as DDS&T, a 1976 CIA memo documents urgent UAP-related information being hand-carried and personally delivered to the DDS&T's office — Duckett held the position at that time, though his name was redacted in released documents.
