Its fund vehicles "Sigefi, Burnette & Vallee I, L.P." and "Sigefi, Burnette & Vallee IA, L.P." appear as investors in an SEC-filed 2008 investors' rights agreement that Vallee signed personally [S16] — the firmest primary evidence of the role.
